Our first meeting is dedicated entirely to listening—your goals, lifestyle, preferred neighbourhoods, must-haves, and budget are at the heart of our conversation. If you’re unsure exactly what you’re looking for, I’ll guide you through exploring different properties, features, and neighbourhoods to help clarify your preferences and shape a focused, personalized search. We will explore why you are buying in detail to come up with a plan.
Strategy
The strategy we will decide on will depend on how far along you are in your search. Have you taken the time to go through your finances, who is involved in the search, timelines, financing and paperwork will all form the plan we will stick to.
Location
Location, location location, one of the most important fa tors in a home search. May it be for school, work, or personal preference, it is the one thing that will help me stay on track to reaching your goal. By narrowing down on the location you are interested in will ensure that no property is missed. It is common for Buyers to stear away from a location because of a pretty online picture, it is important that staying focused and leaning into my expertise about when might be a moment to consider something outside of our initial strategy. Only when everything has been exhausted is when a Buyer should change coarse.
Cooordination and management
We will coordinate the timeline, schedules for showings, with all parties involved. Stay on track to your goals. I willbe here to coordinate and manage all expectations and reality from the entire process. If renovations are involved, I will keep everyone in the loop so you don’t have to. We might be targeting specific neighbourhoods for schools, work or simple;y to reach a goal, ensuring we stick to the plan without getting thrown off by pretty pictures.
